How Can I Serve?
1. Be a Counselor at the Event
To volunteer as a counselor, attend the Christian Life and Witness Course (CLWC). The course is being offered multiple times and locations for your convenience.
Two-Step Sign Up Process – You need to do BOTH
Step One – Complete this brief form to let us know you plan to serve
Step Two – attend a three-hour Christian Life and Witness Course (CLWC). Dates, Times, and Locations are here.
2. Serve in During the Event or in Teardown or Setup
We need people that will volunteer to work either before, during, or after the event.
Set-up: 9:30am-12:30pm
As a set-up volunteer, you will be putting up tents, setting up our t-shirt giveaway, and preparing the venue for the event. We will not be assisting with the production set-up.
During the Event: 3:00pm-8:30pm
During the event, volunteers will assist with managing the t-shirt giveaway tent, artist merchandise tent, greeting, etc. to create the best possible experience for all attendees.
Clean-up: 8:00pm-10:30pm
Our final shift will be responsible for clean-up and breakdown of the site.
