What to Expect?
Joining our Morning Worship celebration is an uplifting time of worship and spiritual growth. You will be moved by the heartfelt singing to God. The message from God’s Word will motivate and challenge you to pursue a deeper friendship with God. We spend time in prayer; Jesus said, “My House shall be called a house of prayer” (Luke 19:46).
We want people to know God in a deeper way. We spend time in His Word, unpacking all the wisdom and insight from it to know Him and ourselves more fully.
What Should I Wear?
Many people worry about fitting in when they visit a church for the first time. What do I wear? We are a genuine cultural mix at Whitehall BFC. Some wear suits or dresses, while others wear jeans and a t-shirt.
What are We Like?
Attending an unknown church for the first time can be extremely intimidating. You don’t know until you walk in the door if these people are creepy cult members, wishy-washy wimps, or sincere ordinary people worshipping a great God. (We are that last group!)
Every church says they are friendly because every church thinks they really are. But if you’ve been looking for the perfect church for a while, you know that not every church is friendly. We think we are, but we’d love for you to discover that for yourself. After the worship gathering ends, we have a social time with coffee and snacks, followed by Sunday School for all ages. Adult groups focus on the day’s sermon. Come and get to know some of us; we would love to get to know you!
